Small Business Owner. Print and Take to your Tax Preparer and Claim up to 20% off Your Net Income!
Good morning
valued business owner!
Did you see this? NFIB got you that (up to) 20% tax deduction. Print it off and be sure to take it to your tax professional before you have your taxes done!!!
Then, if you are not yet a member of NFIB, why not? Read on and see how important it is to be a member and how easy it is to become one!
I invite you
to join your business neighbors (and those around this great state of
Wisconsin). Because of business owners such as you, NFIB has continued not only to
be the “voice of small business” in Washington D.C. and in all 50 state
capitals; we’ve done some really great things which directly impact your
business’ health and profits.
· With
the recent tax reform, NFIB was the only organization that stood up and got the
20% deduction for S Corps
down to the sole proprietor. (CPAs call line 9 on the tax form, the NFIB
line!). It will expire in a few years without continued support of members like
you. Again, thanks (and your business neighbors also thank you).
·
Secondly,
NIFB was able to eliminate
the personal property tax on machinery, tools, and patterns for all
non-manufacturing businesses. That was another $74 million in tax savings for
thousands of small businesses right here in Wisconsin. And when any
business wins, all business wins because we all hold hands in the economy.
·
We’re
working on other major issues right now such as HR2513, Minimum Wage Hike and
Predictive Scheduling to name only a few. We need your support this year more
than ever. Become a member, and vote the ballots; let your voice be heard in
Madison and D.C. Choose what issues you want more information on and we’ll get
it to you. Become as involved in our grassroots efforts as little or as much as
you want.
Choose what
membership fee you desire, complete the form and mail it to my address below or
call me and I am glad to process your membership over the phone and answer any questions
you may have. You’ll get a receipt immediately via email after your payment is
processed.
Thanks for your
support!
Terry Scott,
NFIB Membership Rep 3A687
